Description
Originally published in 1913 novel, Eleanor H. Porter's Pollyanna unfolds the uplifting tale of little orphan Pollyanna who moves to Vermont to live with her rigidly stern aunt. She displays her unbridled optimism by acknowledging the positive side of every situation which charms the entire town. However, when she loses the use of her legs in a car accident, Pollyanna struggles not only to find the bright side of her unfortunate situation, but to remain upbeat about anything.
